Apprentice Receptionist / Administrator in Orthotics
Therapy Services in Milton Keynes University Hospital are looking to recruit an apprentice Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
As part of your working week you will be working Orthotics learning how to set up clinics, gaining valuable organisational, prioritising and customer service skills.
Then in Physiotherapy assisting the Therapy Services Manager’s PA. where you will learn all aspects of administration in the Physiotherapy department including, minute taking and diary management.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Applicants must be able to demonstrate at general interest in Human Resources and be keen to complete a Diploma in Business Administration Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship.
You will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle data in a fast paced and accurate way. The successful candidate will have a proactive and flexible attitude and be motivated to work in a busy, collaborative team environment. You will be using word and basis excel so skills in this area are essential.
