WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Individuals who line manage a team and have responsibilities for managing sickness absence and supporting staff health and wellbeing.  

The challenges of being a manager can sometimes be stressful – but you also have the responsibility of managing work related stress of others and the impact this has on the wider team. This workshop will provide some tools and support to be able to navigate your way through the challenge of managing stress at work.

To enable participants to develop some practical knowledge to help anticipate and identify stressors at work, to understand appropriate constructive ways to manage issues of stress and build confidence in begin able to manage stress in the workplace. The workshop is interactive and practical and uses a range of approaches including case studies to enhance learning and skills.
